Busy Busy Day!

Woke up at 5 with the hubby this morning (not by choice, just couldn't go back to sleep), and sure enough by 6am all the kids were awake. Up at 6am on a day with no school! Crazy!

So we started crafting :)  I have 5 days off this weekend (LOVE IT!)  And I set a goal for myself to have 5 sock monkeys done by the time i go back to work on Monday evening. Well, this is what i have so far...

That is three partial sock monkeys. lol  Two made from socks and one knit. Halloween costumes took priority over the monkeys today.

We took a break to go grocery shopping. And in the process Blake totally changed his costume. He is going as a ninja. It's a pretty cool costume, considering it took us all of 5 minutes to put together from the racks at a second-hand store. He loves it.   Olivia looked at him and said 'Blake are you a pocket ninja?'  Which she got from the show Kickin It. And all 4 of us immediately got it, too funny :)

Kenzie will be a dead bride. It's gonna be pretty cool too. We have all kinds of little details worked into her costume, which i have to finish up tomorrow.

The goal for tomorrow is to finish all of the costumes and take them out for some awesome pictures around town. Til then...
